Perseroan melalui entitas asosiasi yang secara 5 langsung dimiliki oleh Perseroan sebesar 45,195 (Empat Puluh Lima Koma Satu Persen), yaitu PT Halmahera Persada Lygend (“PT HPL”) dan pihak yang tidak terafiliasi dengan Perseroan, yaitu Hong Kong Blue Whale International Limited, telah mendirikan Perusahaan patungan bernama PT Bhakti Bumi Sentosa (“PT BBS”). PT HPL memiliki 21.026 (Dua Puluh Satu Ribu Dua Puluh Enam) lembar saham atau sebesar 94,24Y6 (Sembilan Puluh Empat Koma Dua Puluh Empat Persen) dari modal dasar yang telah ditempatkan dengan nilai — nominal Rp21.026.000.000 (Dua Puluh Satu Miliar Dua Puluh Enam Juta Rupiah).
