Option Program (“MESOP”) II PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (the “Company”)
Melalui surat ini, kami atas nama Perseroan, menyampaikan informasi sebagaimana disyaratkan
dalam (i) Peraturan OJK No. 14/POJK.04/2019 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan OJK No.
32/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penambahan Modal Perusahaan Terbuka dengan Memberikan Hak
Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu ("POJK 14/2019"), (ii) Peraturan I-A Surat Keputusan Direksi
BEI No. KEP-00101/BEI/12-2021 Tahun 2021 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-A tentang
Pencatatan Saham dan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Selain Saham yang Diterbitkan oleh Perusahaan
Tercatat (“Peraturan I-A”) dan (iii) Surat Edaran BEI No. SE-00002/BEI/03-2020 tentang
Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Program Kepemilikan Saham (“SE 02/2020”), sebagai berikut:

05016/BEI.PP2/06-2023 dated June 26th,
2023 concerning Approval of Securities
Listing in the Framework of MESOP II as
announced by IDX through Exchange
Announcement No. Peng-ESP-
00005/BEI.PP2/07-2023 via the
www.idx.co.id page (“Pre-Listing
Approval”).
Hasil MESOP II Tahun 2024 dengan periode
pelaksanaan terhitung sejak tanggal 1 April
2024 sampai dengan tanggal 27 Mei 2024
(“Periode Pelaksanaan”) adalah sebagai
berikut:/
The results of MESOP II of 2024 exercised for
the period starting from April 1st, 2024 to May
27th, 2024 the “Exercise Period”) are as
follows:
a. Jumlah opsi yang telah dilaksanakan
sebanyak nihil./ The number of option that
has been exercised is nil.
b. Jumlah opsi yang belum dilaksanakan dan
masih berlaku sebanyak-banyaknya
4.019.592.620 saham. / The number of
options that have not been implemented
and are still valid is a maximum amount of
up to 4.019.592.620 shares.
c. Jumlah opsi yang belum dilaksanakan dan
habis masa berlakunya sebanyak nihil./ The
number of options that have not been
exercised and have expired is nil.
Pelaksanaan MESOP II Perseroan akan
dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tanggal vesting
yang disepakati antara peserta dan Perseroan./
The exercise of the Company’s MESOP II will
be carried out in accordance with the vesting
date agreed between the participants and the
Company.
