Pembentukan dan Pedoman Pelaksanaan Establishment and Work
Kerja Komite Audit. Implementation Guidelines of the Audit
Committee.
Perseroan dengan ini memberitahukan The Company hereby notifies OJK that
bahwa berdasarkan keputusan Dewan based on the decision of the Board of
Komisaris Perseroan, efektif sejak tanggal Commissioners of the Company,
21 Mei 2024, komposisi Komite Audit effective from 21 May 2024, the
Perseroan adalah sebagai berikut: composition of Audit Committee of the
Company is as follows:
1. Ajay Bahri sebagai Ketua; 1. Ajay Bahri as Chairman;
2. Hernando sebagai Anggota; 2. Hernando as Member;
