Association of the Company, (ii) Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning
the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of
Issuers or Public Companies, (iii) Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning
Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers
or Public Companies: and (iv) Regulation No. Kep-
306/BEJ/07-2004 dated July 19, 2004 concerning the
Obligation to Submit Information, PT Trimuda Nuansa
Citra, Tbk (the "“Company”) hereby announces that
the Company has received a resignation letter from Mr.
Ari Widiatmoko, in his capacity as a Director of the
Company, dated August 3154, 2026, as attached
hereto.
The resignation will be further followed up by the
Company in accordance with the Company'5 Articles of
Association and the applicable laws and regulations.
This disclosure is hereby submitted for your attention
