tersebut akan disampaikan dalam Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan yang akan
diadakan pada tanggal 25 Juni 2024 untuk
disetujui oleh para pemegang saham. / On 22
May 2024, the Company has received a request
for resignation letter from Mr. Howard Nugraha
Gani from his position as a Director of the
Company. Acceptance of his resignation will be
submitted to the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company, to be held on 25
June 2024, for the shareholders’ approval.
