Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, bahwa Perseroan wajib melakukan Keterbukaan Informasi Paling lambat 2 (dua) hari kerja setelah diterimanya surat permohonan pengunduran diri. / Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding the disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, that the Company is reguired to make Information Disclosure no later than 2 (two) working days after receipt of the resignation application letter.
