Uraian informasi atau Fakta Bahwa, pada21 Mei 2024 dan 22 Mei 2024, Perseroan MATA of Material Information or telah menerima surat dari Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Fact Pusat No: 2807/PAN.01/W10.U1/HK.2.5/V/2024 dan No: 2820/PAN.O1/W10/U1/HK2.5/V/2024 perihal Panggilan Sidang Permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) No: 149/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. dan No. 150/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. Whereas, on May 21, 2024 and May 22, 2024, the Company has received lelters from the Central Jakarta District Court No: 2807/PAN.O1/W10.U1/HK.2.5/V/2024 and No: 2820/PAN.O1/W10/U1/HK2.5/V/2024 regarding the Invitation to the Hearing of the Debt Payment Obligation Postponement (PKPU) Application No. 149/Pat: 149/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. and No. 150/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. Permohonan PKPU No 149 tersebut dilayangkan oleh PT Januardi Putera Logistik selaku Pemohon kepada PT Pan Brothers Tbk (PBRX), PT Eco Smart Garment Indonesia (ESGI), PT Prima Sejati Sejahtera (PSS) selaku Para Termohon. The PKPU application No. 149 was filed by PT Januardi Putera Logistik as the Petitioner to PT Pan Brothers Tbk (PBRX), PT Eco Smart Garment Indonesia (ESGI), PT Prima Sejati Sejahtera (PSS) as the Respondents. Sedangkan untuk permohonan PKPU No. 150 dilayangkan oleh PT Januardi Putera Logistik selaku Pemohon kepada PT Pancaprima Ekabrothers (PPEB) selaku Termohon. Meanwhile, PKPU application No. 150 was filed by PT Januardi Putera Logistik as the Petitioner to PT Pancaprima Ekabrothers (PPEB) as the Respondent.
