     Elnusa Signs Upstream Oil and Gas Integrated Drilling Services
               Contract Worth a Total of USD 106 Million
Jakarta, 22 May 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), which is part of the Pertamina
Upstream Subholding, signed a Drilling Support Services agreement worth a total of USD 106 million. This work contract is a synergy of
Pertamina Upstream Subholding which will be implemented in the Regional 2 area, namely PT Pertamina Hulu Energi OSES and PT
Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ as employers, and implemented by PT Pertamina Drilling Service Indonesia (PDSI) and PT Elnusa Tbk as
contractors for the work with a contract duration of 3 to 5 years starting in May 2024.

The signing event which took place at the RDTX Square building, 12th Floor, Jakarta on (20/05) was also attended by the Regional 2 Main
Director of PT Pertamina EP, Wisnu Hindadari; Main Director Elnusa Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja; PDSI President Director Avep Disasmita and
accompanied by several officials from each entity.

President Director of Elnusa, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja said, "With complete experience and competence from upstream to downstream
for more than 54 years, Elnusa is confident that it can provide drilling support services designed to ensure drilling operations run safely,
efficiently, and effective," said Bachtiar.

One of the main contracts is for the provision of H2S Equipment and Services, this service is vital in maintaining work and environmental
safety, where this work ensures the safe control and handling of hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S) during drilling operations.

Apart from that, Elnusa will also provide Electric Logging and Tubing Conveyed Perforating Services which will last until 2027. This service
is an important part of ensuring the accuracy and reliability of geological data and operations during the drilling process.

Another contract is for the provision of Drill Stem Test and Well Test Services, both at PHE OSES and PHE ONWJ. This service enables
more effective evaluation of subsurface formations and assessment of hydrocarbon production potential. Lastly, Elnusa will also work on
Drilling Fluid Services including the supply and management of drilling fluids which are essential for well stability, blowout prevention
and pressure control during drilling operations.

Bachtiar added, "Through various work contracts in upstream energy services at Integrated Drilling Services at PHE OSES and PHE ONWJ,
this is a new milestone for us, especially with the integration of work with PDSI. "We believe that this collaboration will be able to
strengthen synergies in Pertamina's Upstream Subholding which will ultimately create added value and have a positive impact on
achieving the national oil production target," concluded Bachtiar.
