Peserta Paparan Publik wajib terlebih dahulu mendaftarkan diri kepada Panitia Paparan Publik pada tautan registrasi https//bit.Iy/RegistrasiPubex2024 WIRGroup Shareholders or their Proxies whose names are recorded in the Companys Shareholders Register on May 15, 2024, at 16.00 WIB, or the owners of the Company's shares in the sub- securitiesaccounts in the Collective Custody of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) at the close of'stock trading on May 15, 2024, or its proxies, or Invitees or Shareholders recorded after May 15, 2024, who intend to participate in the Public Expose. b) Participants of the Public Expose are reguired to first register with the Public Expose Committee at the registration — link https.//bit.Iy/RegistrasiPubex2024 WIRGroup.

SwiR TATA TERTIB PAPARAN PUBLIK PT WIR ASIA TBK Jakarta, 7 Juni 2024 c) Peserta yang akan mengikuti acara Paparan Publik secara virtual, tautan (link) akan disampaikan melalui email kepada peserta yang telahmelakukan registrasi pada tautan di atas. d) Peserta Paparan Publik wajib memberikan konfirmasi keikutsertaannya paling lambat hari Kamis, 6 Juni 2024 pukul 16.00 WIB. e) Perseroan akan mengirimkan konfirmasi kehadiran secara online maupun hadir secara fisik kepada Peserta Paparan Publik melalui email Perseroan yaitu: corsec@wirgroup.com, sebagai bukti sahnya pendaftaran Peserta Paparan Publik. f) Bagi Peserta Paparan Publik yang akan hadir secara fisik, maka Peserta wajib menunjukan bukti email konfirmasi kehadiran fisik kepada petugas pendaftaran di lokasi, sebagai bukti sahnya Peserta untuk hadir secara fisik dan mengikuti Paparan Publik Perseroan. g) Dalam hal peserta Paparan Publik hadir secara fisik, wajib mematuhi seluruh Protokol Kesehatan yang ditetapkan oleh Perseroan, sebagaimana berlaku pada pelaksanaan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Tahun Buku 2023 Perseroan yang telah dilakukan pada hari/tanggal/tempat yang sama di waktu sebelumnya. UNDANGAN Undangan adalah pihak yang turut hadir dalam Paparan Publik atas undangan Direksi emiten yang bukan merupakan Pemegang Saham Perseroan yang hadir atas undangan Direksi dan dimungkinkan untuk mengajukan pertanyaan dalam Paparan Publik. c) d) (9) (6) CODE OF CONDUCT OF PUBLIC EXPOSE PT WIR ASIA TBK Jakarta, June 7, 2024 Participants who will attend the Public Expose virtually will receive the link via email after completing registration through the above link. Participants of the Public Expose are reguired to confirm their participation no later than Thursday, June 6 2024, at 16.00 Western Indonesia Time. The Company will send confirmation of attendance either online or physical attendance, to the Public Expose Participants via the Companys email, — namely: corsec@wirgroup.com, as valid proof of the registration for the Public Expose. For Public Expose Participants who will be physically attend, Participants must present proof of physical presence confirmation email to theregistration officerat thelocation, asvalid proof of their eligibility to attend the Public Expose. In the event that the participants of the Public Expose are physically present, are reguired to comply with all Health Protocols set by the Company, as applied during the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for Financial year 2023 held on the same day/date/location previously. INVITATION Invitees refers to a party that attends the Public Expose at the invitation of the Board of Directors of an issuer, who is nota Shareholder of the Company who is present at the invitation of the Board of Directors, and are allowedto ask guestions during the Public Expose.

SwiR TATA TERTIB PAPARAN PUBLIK PT WIR ASIA TBK Jakarta, 7 Juni 2024 KETUA PAPARAN PUBLIK a) Ditunjuk dan diwakili oleh Direksi Perseroan. b) Ketua Paparan Publik dapat menghentikan sementara jalannya acara untuk kepentingan Istirahat dan Sholat. c) Ketua Paparan Publik bertanggungjawab atas kelancaran jalannya acara dan berhak memutuskan prosedur yang belum diatur atau belum cukup diatur dalam Tata Tertib ini. BAHASA Paparan Publik diselenggarakan dengan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia, akan tetapi bagi mereka yang tidak memahami Bahasa Indonesia diperkenankan mengajukan pertanyaan dalam Bahasa Inggris pada kesempatan yang diberikan. PERTANYAAN a) Pertanyaan dapat diajukan oleh Pemegang Saham atau Kuasanya serta Undangan dan harus sesuai dengan konteks dan relevan dengan agenda Paparan Publik. b) Pertanyaan harus dilakukan dengan memperhatikan etika dan sopan santun. ec) Pertanyaan dapat diajukan peserta Paparan Publik dengan prioritas sebagai berikut: - Pemegang Saham ataukuasanya - Media massa - Undangan - Wartawan d) Ketua Paparan Publik dapat membatasi waktu dalam acara tanyajawab pada agenda. e) Pertanyaan yang tidak dapat/tidak sempat dijawab oleh Perseroan karena keterbatasan waktu, dapat diajukan melalui tertulis melalui CODE OF CONDUCT OF PUBLIC EXPOSE PT WIR ASIA TBK Jakarta, June 7, 2024 THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PUBLIC EXPOSE a) Appointed and represented by the Board of Directors ofthe Company. b) The Chairman of the Public Expose may temporarily halt the proceedings for the purposeof Breaksand Prayer. c) The Chairman of the Public Expose is responsible for the smooth conduct of the event and has the authority to decide on procedures that have not been regulated or have not been sufficiently regulated in this Code of Conduct. LANGUAGE Public Expose will be conducted in Bahasa, however, those who do not understand Bahasaare allowed to ask guestions in English during the designated opportunities AUESTION a) Ouestions may be submitted by the Shareholders or their Proxies as well as the Invitees and shall be in context and relevant to the Public Expose agenda. b) Ouestions should be asked with proper etiguette and courtesy. c) Guestions may be asked by participants of the Public Expose with the following priorities: - Shareholders or their Proxies - Mass media - Invited Guest - Journalists d) The Chairman of the Public Expose may limit the time in guestion-and-answersession during the agenda. e) Guestions that cannot be answered by the Company due to time constraints, can be

Pimpinan Paparan Publik berhak mengelompokan pertanyaan sejenis dan Panelis dapat menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Pimpinan Paparan Publik berhak menentukan prioritas dalam menjawab pertanyaanpeserta Rapat. Peserta Paparan Publik tidak diperkenankan untuk mengajukan pertanyaan dan/atau pendapat kepada sesama Pemegang Saham. Pertanyaan dan/atau pendapat yang ditujukan kepada Pemegang Saham lain tidak dapat ditanggapi. Peserta Paparan Publik diberikan kesempatan untuk mengajukan pertanyaan dan/atau pendapat kepada Panelis Paparan Publik melalui Ketua Paparan Publik yang disampaikan melalui form chat digital pada aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Pertanyaan atau pendapat akan dibatasi yaitu sebanyak 2 (dua) pertanyaan atau pendapat yang pertama masuk dalam sistem tanya jawab pada aplikasi Zoom dalam waktu paling lama 2 menit, dan pertanyaan atau pendapat akan dibatasi yaitu sebanyak 2 (dua) pertanyaan atau pendapat bagi yang hadir secarafisik. Pertanyaan atau pendapat yang tidak dapat secara langsung ditanggapi dalam Paparan Publik, maka tanggapan akan disampaikan secara tertulis melalui surat elektronik (email) paling lambat 3 (tiga) hari kerja sejak Paparan Publik ditutup. Berkaitan dengan butir (k), peserta Paparan Publik yang tidak menginformasikan/menuliskan alamat e-mail- nya, tidak dapat ditanggapi secara tertulis oleh Panelis. The Chairman of the Public Expose has the authority to determine priorities in answering the guestions of the Meeting participants. Participants of the Public Expose are not allowed to direct guestions and/or opinions to fellow Shareholders. Guestions and/or opinions directed to other Shareholders will not be addressed. e-mail to: Public Expose Participants are allowed to ask guestions and/or opinions to the Public Expose Panelists through the Chairman of Public Expose which is deliveredthrough a digital chat form on the Zoom Meetingapplication. Guestions or opinions will be limited to the first 2 (two) guestions or opinions received in the guestion-and-answer system on the Zoom applicationwithina maximum of 2 minutes, and guestions or opinions will belimited to thefirst 2 (two) guestions or opinions for those who are physicallyattend. Guestions or opinions that cannot be directly responded to in the Public Expose, then the response will be submitted in writing by electronic mail (email) no later than 3 (three) working days from the time the Public Expose closes. Concerning point (k), a Participant of the Public Expose who does not inform/write down theire- mail address, cannot be responded to in writing by the Panelist. The Chairmanofthe Public Expose hasthe right to limit the guestion-and-answer process, and to maintain orderly proceedings, the Chairman

PENGUMUMAN DAN MEDIA PAPARAN PUBLIK Perseroan telah melakukan pengumuman rencana penyelengaraan Paparan Publik telah dilakukan pada hari Rabu, 22 Mei 2024, pada situs: (i) situs web Perseroan (https://wir.group/id/rups-2024/), dan (ii) situs web Bursa Efek Indonesia (https://idx.co.id/perusahaan- tercatat/keterbukaan-informasi/) Informasi lebih lanjut mengenai Paparan Publik dapat dilihat pada website Perseroan di: (https//wirgroup/id/rups-2024/) atau dapat menghubungi panitia Paparan Publik di alamat e- mail: corsec@wirglobal.com. PENUTUP Hal-hal lain yang belum diatur dalam Tata Tertib ini akan ditentukan kemudian oleh Ketua Paparan Publik.
