   Increasing the Spirit of Nationalism: Elnusa Commemorates the
             116th Indonesian National Awakening Day
Jakarta, 20 May 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), which
is part of the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, held the 116th Indonesian National Awakening Day Ceremony
which was held simultaneously in various operational areas. This event was attended by all Elnusa officers with
a full spirit of nationalism and commitment to continuing the struggle to advance Indonesia.

This ceremony was a moment of reflection for all Elnusa officers, remembering Dr. Soetomo's fighting spirit
which became an inspiration to continue to improve competence and competitiveness. In a speech delivered by
Elnusa's Finance Director, Stanley Iriawan emphasized the message from the Minister of Communication and
Information regarding the second revival towards a golden Indonesia. By accelerating digital transformation, it
can open up opportunities for Indonesia to get out of the middle-income trap. Indonesia's economy must grow
in the range of 6 to 7% to achieve the target for high-income or developed countries in 2045.

"Dr. Soetomo's fighting spirit is an example for all of us. We must continue to fight for Indonesia's progress by
increasing our competence, innovation and competitiveness. Global challenges are getting tougher, but with a
spirit of togetherness and hard work, we are confident that we can bring Elnusa and Indonesia towards a better
future," said Stanley.

The commemoration of National Awakening Day at Elnusa Group reaffirms the importance of the spirit of
nationalism in every step taken. By using Dr. Soetomo as an inspiration, Elnusa is committed to continuing the
struggle to advance Indonesia, especially in the energy sector.

Stanley added, "The spirit of national revival must continue to live in every Elnusa officer. Elnusa, which is a
company created by the nation's children, has a big responsibility to continue the struggle of the heroes by
working smart and continuing to innovate in the energy sector to produce work that the country will be proud
of. "Let's use Dr. Soetomo's spirit as an inspiration to continue fighting for the glory of Indonesia," concluded
