                      ANNUAL GENERAL METING OF SHAREHOLDERS
                                PT STEADY SAFE Tbk
                                    (“Company”)


The board of Directors of the company hereby announces to the Shareholders of the Company
that the company will hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders by physical dan
electronic (e‐RUPS) through eASY.KSEI (“Meeting”) on Thursday, June 27th 2024

Invitation of the Meeting will be made on Wednesday, June 5th 2024. In accordance with the
provisions of Article 14 paragraphs 14 of the Company’s Article of Association, Announcement
and Invitation of the Meeting shall be made through the eASY.KSEI website, the Indonesia
Stock Exchange (“IDX”) website, and the Company’s website.

The shareholders who are entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting are
Shareholders (or their legal proxies) whose names are registered in the Company’s
Shareholders Register on Tuesday, 4 June 2024 at the latest until the closing time of trading
on the IDX.

Each proposal from the Shareholder of the Company will be included in the Meeting Agenda
if it meets the requirements as stated in Article 14 paragraph 7 of the Company’s Articles of
Association and the proposal must be received by the Board of Directors of the Company no
latter than 7 (seven) days prior to the date of the invitation of the Meeting made by the Board
of Directors.
