    Consistently Increasing HR Capacity, Elnusa Wins Award at the
                2024 Indonesia Human Capital Awards
Jakarta, 21 May 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which is part of
the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, has successfully won the Best Human Capital award for Effective and Efficient Human
Capital Management to Strengthen Business Development at the Indonesia Human Capital Awards 2024. This event,
organized by Warta Ekonomi, took place at the Sultan Hotel & Residence, Jakarta (16/05), with the theme "Creating
Diversity and Inclusion Human Capital for Winning Transformation Era".

This award was given to Elnusa because the Company was considered consistent in improving and developing human
resource (HR) capacity. Warta Ekonomi explained that this assessment was carried out based on six main aspects that
influence business dynamics, including Strategic Alignment, Leadership Quality, Talent & Engagement, Culture & Identity,
Change Agility, and Execution.

The assessment process is also carried out through two methods, namely Desk Research, namely a quantitative approach
based on annual reports or financial reports published by the company, and media monitoring, namely a qualitative
approach by analyzing positive news related to company performance in the application of human capital.

Director of Human Resources & General Affairs, Hera Handayani expressed her gratitude and pride when receiving the
award, she emphasized the importance of human resources as a vital aspect for the company. "As a services company,
human resources are the most important aspect and this award is an encouragement for us," said Hera.

Hera added, "We have implemented many development programs, both from a leadership and technical perspective, for
workers to support existing and next businesses. "Elnusa continues to move in developing new businesses and areas,"
added Hera.

This award confirms Elnusa's commitment to managing human resources effectively and efficiently to support sustainable
