Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 20 Mei 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA)
Anak Usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang tergabung
dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina, berpartisipasi dalam
acara "Market Outlook Sharia - Looking Ahead 2H2024" yang
diselenggarakan oleh RHB Sekuritas dan Permata Syariah.
Acara yang berlangsung di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada (18/05)
ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pengenalan lebih
mendalam terkait bisnis usaha Elnusa melalui pemaparan
bisnis dan kinerja Perseroan kepada para peserta yang hadir,
baik dari calon investor, existing investor, maupun profesional.
Sebagai emiten yang masuk ke dalam beberapa indeks
saham syariah di Bursa Efek Indonesia, di antaranya Indeks
Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI), Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII
70), IDX Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah BUMN, dan IDX Sharia
Growth, Elnusa berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan
transparansi dan kinerja perseroan. Saat ini, kinerja saham
ELSA menunjukkan tren positif dalam beberapa pekan
terakhir.
Acara dibuka oleh Bapak Derry Yustria, Senior Spesialis
Islamic Capital Market Division IDX, yang dalam sambutannya
menekankan pentingnya edukasi dan sosialisasi mengenai
perkembangan pasar modal syariah yang saat ini telah
bersinergi dengan perbankan syariah. Beliau juga menyebu
Materi utama disampaikan oleh dua narasumber, yaitu Yosua
Pardede, Chief Economist Permata Bank, yang memberikan
update mengenai perkembangan ekonomi dan pasar modal
Indonesia, serta Agung Fibrianto, BOD Support & Investor
Relation Elnusa, yang memaparkan tentang kinerja bisnis dan
keuangan Elnusa.
Agung menegaskan, "Kami berkomitmen untuk terus
meningkatkan kinerja dan transparansi perusahaan. Dalam
beberapa waktu terakhir, saham ELSA menunjukkan tren
positif, yang mencerminkan kepercayaan investor terhadap
strategi dan arah pengembangan bisnis kami," kata Agung.
Kinerja saham Elnusa sampai dengan periode akhir April
2024, secara Year to Date (YTD) tumbuh sebesar 10,3% dan
secara Year on Year (YoY) tumbuh sebesar 33%.
Pertumbuhan kinerja saham Elnusa ini sejalan dengan
pertumbuhan kinerja keuangan Perseroan baik dari capaian
pendapatan maupun laba bersih.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 20 May 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA),
Facts a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which is part
of the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, participated in the
"Market Outlook Sharia - Looking Ahead 2H2024" event
organized by RHB Sekuritas and Sharia Jewels.
The event which took place at the Indonesian Stock Exchange
on (18/05) aimed to provide education and a deeper
introduction regarding Elnusa's business through presenting
the Company's business and performance to the participants
present, both potential investors, existing investors and
professionals.
As an issuer that is included in several sharia stock indexes on
the Indonesia Stock Exchange, including the Indonesian
Sharia Stock Index (ISSI), Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII 70),
IDX BUMN Sharia Economic Community, and IDX Sharia
Growth, Elnusa is committed to continuing to improve
transparency and company performance. Currently, ELSA's
stock performance has shown a positive trend in recent weeks.

The event was opened by Mr. Derry Yustria, Senior Specialist
in the Islamic Capital Market Division of IDX, who in his speech
emphasized the importance of education and outreach
regarding the development of the sharia capital market which
is currently in synergy with sharia banking. He also mentioned
that currently there are around 630 issuers included in the
sharia issuer category on the stock exchange.
The main material was delivered by two speakers, namely
Yosua Pardede, Chief Economist of Permata Bank, who
provided updates on developments in the Indonesian economy
and capital market, and Agung Fibrianto, Elnusa's BOD
Support & Investor Relations, who explained Elnusa's
business and financial performance.
Agung emphasized, "We are committed to continuing to
improve the company's performance and transparency. In
recent times, ELSA shares have shown a positive trend, which
reflects investor confidence in our strategy and business
development direction," said Agung.

Elnusa's share performance up to the end of April 2024, Year
to Date (YTD) grew by 10.3% and Year on Year (YoY) grew by
33%. The growth in Elnusa's share performance is in line with
the growth in the Company's financial performance, both in
terms of revenue and net profit.
