Sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham yang diselenggarakan tanggal 17 Mei 2024 Berdasarkan Persetujuan
RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantono, Suherman & Surja dengan
Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Benediktio Salim, CPA untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan
keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Sesuai dengan Hasil Evaluasi Komite Audit atas kinerja KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja (terlampir) pada Laporan
Keuangan 31 Desember 2023 serta berdasarkan Rekomendasi Komite Audit (terlampir) sehingga Perseroan
memutuskan untuk kembali menunjuk KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja sebagai KAP yang akan melakukan audit
terhadap Laporan Keuangan 31 Desember 2024 dan menunjuk Bapak Benediktio Salim, CPA sebagai Akuntan
Publik PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk
Sebelumnya untuk audit laporan keuangan, Perseroan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantono,
Sungkoro & Surja yang telah melakukan audit laporan keuangan Perseroan selama Periode tahun buku 31 Desember
2016 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2023

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 17 May 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Purwantono, Suherman & Surja with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Benediktio Salim, CPA To conduct an audit of the company's financial
statements ending on 31 December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
In accordance with the results of the Audit Committee's evaluation of the performance of KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro &
Surja (attached) in the Financial Report 31 December 2023 and based on the Audit Committee Recommendations
(attached) the Company has decided to re-appoint KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja as the KAP that will carry out the
audit of Financial Report 31 December 2024 and appointed Mr. Benediktio Salim, CPA as Public Accountant of PT
Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk.
Previously, to audit financial reports, the Company used the services of the Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja Public
Accounting Firm which has audited the Company's financial reports during the financial year period 31 December 2016
to 31 December 2023
Thus to be informed accordingly.
