A. Introduction
The termination and the report on the Company’s share Buyback plan 17 November 2023 –
16 Mei 2025.
The buyback of the Company's shares will be carried out with reference to the provisions stipulated
in Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 30/POJK.04/2017 concerning Buyback of Shares Issued by Public Companies
(“POJK 30/2017”), and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 2/POJK.04/2013
concerning Buyback of Shares Issued by Public Companies in Significantly Fluctuating Market
Conditions (“POJK 2/2013”).
B. Description of Material Information or Facts
On 20 November 2023, the Company announced share buyback plan on shares that the
Company issued and listed on PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“Exchange”)

The Buyback implementation plan is explained as follows:

5. Share Buyback Period (carried out both simultaneously and in 17 November 2023 –
stages) 16 May 2025
The share buyback period began on 17 November 2023 until 16 May 2025, however the share
buyback period may end prior to the time limit in the event that the share buyback has been
completed. Through this disclosure of information, the Company announces that buyback period
has ended earlier than the plan on 16 Mei 2025.
In this regard, the Company has completed the buyback of 2,223,800 shares with total value of
Rp2,146121,997,- (excluding the brokerage cost and other fees).
Subsequently, the Company will gradually carry out the transfer of shares resulting from the
buyback in accordance with the applicable laws.

information or fact to the operational activities, legal, financial conditions of, or
sustainability of activities by Company
There is no material impact on the operational activities, legal, and financial condition which
may disrupt the Company's business continuity.
