Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 29 April 2024 telah dilakukan sebagian
penjualan dan peralihan saham MBE pada PT Mentari Biru
Energi (MNBE) yang merupakan salah satu Entitas anak
kepada Entitas anak lainnya yaitu PT Mentari Biru Biomassa
(MNBB) sebanyak 4.950 (Empat ribu sembilan ratus lima
puluh) lembar saham atau dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp.
4.950.000.000,- (Empat Miliar Sembilan Ratus Lima Puluh
Juta Rupiah) dengan harga Jual Beli sebesar Rp. 100.000,-
(Seratus Ribu).
Penjualan dan pengalihan saham dilakukan berdasarkan Akta
Pernyataan Keputusan Rapat Nomor 45 tanggal 29 April 2024,
yang dibuat dihadapan Vivi Novita Ranadireksa, S.H.,M.Kn.,
Notaris di Jakarta.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan saat ini, belum ada dampak kejadian,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional, hukum, kondisi, keuangan, atau kelangsungan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau usaha MBE.

Facts in PT Mentari Biru Energi (MNBE), which is one of the
subsidiaries, was carried out to another subsidiary, namely PT
Mentari Biru Biomassa (MNBB) amounting to 4,950 (Four
thousand nine hundred fifty) shares or with a nominal value of
Rp. 4,950,000,000,- (Four Billion Nine Hundred and Fifty
Million Rupiah) with a Sale and Purchase price of Rp.
100,000,- (One Hundred Thousand).
The sale and transfer of shares was carried out based on the
Deed of Meeting Decision Statement Number 45 dated April
29, 2024, which was made before Vivi Novita Ranadireksa,
S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta.
