Description of Material Information or The Company report the progress of its recovery plan in
Facts relation to the cause of the trading suspension, including the
settlement of obligations under the Homologation Decision
through a Cessie mechanism, which is currently under
negotiation with a prospective investor, as well as the
completion of the Financial Statements for the 2023-2025
Financial Years.

Company’s operational activities, legal, the date of this report, the processes are still ongoing,
financial condition, or going concern therefore the trading suspension of the Company's shares
remains in effect.
