          Hereby announced to the Shareholders of the Company that the Company
          will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, later referred to as
          "Meeting" on:

          DaylDate       : Wednesday, June 26th.2A24
          Tirne          : 10.00 WIB - finish
          Location       : VIP Meeting Room
                          Japfa Indoland Building Tower I, 4th floor
                         Jl. Basuki Rahmat No.129-137. Surabaya

          Shareholders who are entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting are
          Skrareholders whose names are registered in the Company's Register of
          Shareholders in Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI) on the date
          up to June 3th,2024 at 16.00 WIB.

          The Shareholders can submit proposed meeting agenda items at the General
          Meeting of Shareholders if:
             a. The proposal in question has been submitted in writing to the Board
                of Directors by one or more shareholders representing at least 5%
                (five percent) of the total number of shares with valid voting rights.
             b. The proposal concerned has been received by the Board of Directors
                 at least 7 (seven) days prior to the date of the Invitation of Meeting.
             c. In the opinion of the Directors, the proposal was considered to be
                directly related to the Company's business.

          In accordance with the provisions of POJK No.l 5/POJK.A4|202A article 14
          paragraph (2) that The Invitation for the Meeting will be held on June 4th,
          2024.

           Thus this announcement is made to be known and considered by the
           Company's Shareholders.
