                               ANNOUNCEMENT
                 THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
                           PT SHIELD ON SERVICE Tbk

PT SHIELD ON SERVICE Tbk (the “Company”) hereby announces the Shareholders that the
Company will convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“Meeting”)
on Friday, 21 June 2024.

Invitation to the Meeting will be announced through the Indonesia Stock Exchange's website,
eASY.KSEI and the Company's website on Thursday, May 30, 2024.

Shareholders who are entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting are shareholders
whose names are recorded in the register of the Company's shareholders and/or owners of
the Company's share balance in the securities sub-account at the collective custody of PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”) at the close of stock trading Company on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 until 16.00 Western Indonesian
Time.

In accordance with Article 16 POJK No. 15/2020, 1 (one) or more shareholders representing
1/20 (one-twenty) or more of the total shares issued by the Company with valid voting rights
are entitled to propose the agenda of the Meeting, which must be submitted in writing to
the Board of Directors of the Company no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the date of the
summons for the Meeting, namely Tuesday, May 24, 2024, accompanied by reasons and
materials for the proposed agenda of the Meeting, taking into account the provisions of the
applicable laws and regulations.

The Company plans to hold meetings using electronic facilities in accordance with applicable
legal provisions and limited physical meetings. Detailed information regarding the
mechanism for granting power of attorney, attendance procedures and other procedures
related to holding the Meeting will be conveyed by the Company in the Invitation to the
Meeting.
