         Chandra Asri Group Petrochemical Plant Undergoes Scheduled
                                Maintenance

Jakarta, May 15, 2024 – PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group), a leading chemical and
infrastructure solutions company in Indonesia, is undergoing Turnaround Maintenance (TAM) or scheduled
facility maintenance for its petrochemical plant located in Ciwandan, Cilegon City, Banten. This maintenance
process began on May 7, 2024, and is expected to last approximately 55 days.

Suryandi, Human Resources & Corporate Affairs Director Chandra Asri Group, stated, "This scheduled
maintenance is a routine part of our business and operational process to ensure the reliability of our facilities
in meeting domestic demand for petrochemical products. We also continuously prioritize the safety and
health of our employees and the surrounding community during TAM process as well as ensuring our
compliance with regulations set by the relevant authorities and regulators."

This TAM is Involving trained and experienced teams from both within and outside the company, and
implementing strict safety standards and operational procedures. The maintenance process will also include
the review and repair of various critical plant components, which is expected to enhance the performance
of Chandra Asri Group's production facilities in the future.

This TAM activity is also including the integration of new facilities with existing ones to support the
Company's future expansion and business development plans, thereby strengthening the self-sufficiency of
the domestic industry. Additionally, several sustainability initiatives are implemented during this TAM, one
of which is the utilization of renewable energy through the installation of the third phase of the solar rooftop.
This demonstrates the Company's commitment to maintaining operational sustainability and energy
efficiency.
