On May 10, 2024, the Company received a letter of resignation
from Mr. Yanto Jayadi Wibisono from his position as President
Director of the Company which will be effective on the closing
of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2024.
Furthermore, the Company will nominate Mr. Yanto Jayadi
Wibisono as Commissioner of the Company on the AGMS
2024.
