Shareholders entitled to attend or be represented legally at the Meeting are Sharcholders whose names are registered in the Shareholders Register of the Company on May 28, 2024 at 04:00 pm Jakarta time. Shareholders may propose agenda of the Meeting in writing in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association to the Board of Directors no later than seven (7) days prior to the invitation of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
