keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Tidak terdapat perubahan. Perseroan masih menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik dan Akuntan Publik yang sama
dengan taun 2023.
Pertimbangan Perseroan antara lain yaitu Pelaksanaan audit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto,
Mawar, dan Rekan atas laporan keuangan konsolidasian Perseroan dan entitas anak telah sesuai dengan standar audit
yang berlaku.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25 April 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto, Mawar & Rekan with
Public Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Chairul Wismoyo To conduct an audit of the company's financial
statements ending on 31 December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
There are no changes. The Company still uses the same Public Accounting Firm and Public Accountant services as in
2023.
The Company's considerations include, among other things, the implementation of an audit by the Public Accounting
Firm Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto, Mawar, and Partners on the consolidated financial statements of the Company and its
subsidiaries in accordance with applicable audit standards.
