tersebut adalah para Pemegang Saham yang namanya tercatat dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada hari Selasa tanggal
28 Mei 2024 pukul 16.00 WIB. Setiap usulan Pemegang Saham akan dimasukkan dalam acara Rapat tersebut jika memenuhi
persyaratan sesuai pasal 16 ayat 2 dan 3 POJK NO.15 /POJK.04 /2020 dan harus telah diterima Perseroan selambat-lambatnya 7
(tujuh) hari sebelum tanggal panggilan Rapat.
