Guidance of Internal Audit Unit Charter, we
hereby inform you that the Company has
appointed Mr Sahloel Pasha Jafard as the Head of
Internal Audit Unit as approved by the Board of
Commissioners of the Company, following the
resignation of Mr Fernanda Farizi Irsan as the
Head of Internal Audit Unit of the Company, both
effective from 10 May 2024.
Thus, we conclude this notification. We thank you
for your attention.
