Menunjuk Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi khususnya ketentuan No. 1II.1.1.4 (Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa
Efek Indonesia Nomor: Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022) dengan
ini kami sampaikan penjelasan perubahan lebih dari 2046 pada pos total Liabilitas
Perseroan. Per 31 Maret 2024, Liabilitas Perseroan meningkat sebesar 26,1246
menjadi Rp2.428.742.697.819 dari Rp1.925.683.411.116 per 31 Desember 2023.
Referring to the Indonesian Stock Exchange Regulation No. I-E regarding the
obligation to disclose information, particularly provision No. 111.14 (Attachment to the
Decision of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No: Kep-
00066/BE1/09-2022 dated September 30, 2022), we hereby provide an explanation of
the change exceeding 2046 in the total Liabilities of the Company. As of March 31,
2024, the Company's Liabilities increased by 26.129 to Rp2,428,742,697,819 from
Rp1,925,683,411,116 as of December 31, 2023.

Hal ini disebabkan oleh Liabilitas Kontrak Asuransi meningkat sebesar 36,99Y6 menjadi
Rp2.200.935.741.984 per 31 Maret 2024 dari Rp1.606.664.351.365 per 31 Desember
2023. Kenaikan tersebut terutama disebabkan oleh:

This is due to the increase in Insurance Contracts Liabilities by 36.994 to
Rp2,200,935,741,984 as of March 31, 2024, from Rp1,606,664,351,365 as of
December 31, 2023. The increase is primarily attributable to:

1. Kenaikan atas premi yang belum merupakan pendapatan jangka pendek pada

jenis asuransi Kesehatan meningkat sebesar 285,794 menjadi
Rp718.221.517.034 per 31 Maret 2024 dari Rp186.168.589.868 per 31 Desember
2023. Hal ini disebabkan banyaknya pembukuan premi atas jenis asuransi
kesehatan pada awal tahun 2024.
The increase in the gross unearned premium reserve-short term for line of
business Health by 285.7996 to Rp718,221,517,034 as of March 31, 2024, from
Rp186,168,589,868 as of December 31, 2023. This is due to the significant
number of health insurance premium at the beginning of 2024.
