Perseroan akan membagikan sisa dividen tunai sebesar Rp
64.250.000.000,- (enam puluh empat miliar dua ratus lima
puluh juta Rupiah) atau sebesar Rp.50,- (lima puluh Rupiah) per
saham, dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
Based on the results of the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders of PT. Dana Brata Luhur Tbk ("the Company")
which was held on Wednesday, 8 May, 2024, has been approved
that the Company will distribute the remaining cash dividends
of IDR Rp 64.250.000.000,- (sixty four billion two hundred and
fifty million Rupiah) or IDR 50,- (fifty Rupiah) per share, with the
following details:
