Selanjutnya sesuai pasal 27 juncto pasal 8 ayat (3) POJK 33/2014, permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan yang akan diselenggarakan dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 90 (sembilan puluh) hari setelah diterimanya surat pengunduran diri tersebut. | Furthermore, refer to Article 27 juncto Article 8 paragraph (3) of POJK 33/2014, the said resignation will be decided in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which shall be convene no later than 90 (ninety) days after the receipt of the resignation letter.
