Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk, a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and having its domicile in South Jakarta (the “Company”), namely: Roland Bala, President Director of the Company, Stephanie Yolande Peregrin, Director of the Company, Jemmy Cahyono, Directar of the Company, Putu Norma Astyari, S.E., M.A., Director of the Company: Fajar Muharisa Suryo Saputro, Dorector of the Company, Drs. Bambang Chriswanto, Director of the Company being all the incumbent members of the Board of Directors of the Company as at the date hereof (the “Members of the Board of Directors”), hereby declare that by executing these Resolutions of the Board of Directors of PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk (these “Resolutions”), they unanimously agree and resolve: To appoint Thomas Hylke Jogchum Zandt, as the Corporate Secretary of the Company, effective as of the date of these Resolutions. PUEDYWNA The Members of the Board of Directors hereby agree and confirm: a. that the date of these Resolutions shall mean the date on which the last signature (s) of any Members Of the Board of Directors Is affixed to these Resolutions, and these Resolutions shall be effective as of such date, and Cc. that these Resolutions may be signed in several numbers of identical copies which taken together will constitute one set of all circular resolutions referred to therein.
