Panggilan untuk Rapat dimaksud beserta acara-acaranya akan diumumkan pada tanggal 22 Mei 2024. Yang berhak menghadiri Rapat adalah Para Pemegang Saham yang namanya tercatat dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan 1 (satu) hari sebelum tanggal Panggilan. Shareholders proposal will be included into the Meeting's agenda if it complies to the provision of Article 10 Paragraph 4 of the Company's Article of Association and Article 16 of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan regulation (POIK) No. 15/POJK-04/2020, and received by Board of Director no later than 7 (seven) days prior to invitation date. Invitation for the Meeting with the agenda will be announced on 22 May 2024, The shareholders who are entiled to attend the Meeting are the shareholders “whose name are listed in the Company'$ shareholders registration 1 (one) day prior to invitation date.
