Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material I. Bahwa PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk, telah
memberikan pinjaman kepada anak perusahaan yaitu PT
Sinar Mas Multifinance, berkedudukan di Jakarta Pusat
sebesar
Rp. 433.950.000.000,- ( empat ratus tiga puluh tiga miliar
sembilan ratus lima puluh juta Rupiah).
II. Jumlah pinjaman tersebut tidak melebihi 20 % dari
ekuitas Perusahaan , sehingga pinjaman tersebut tidak
bersifat material.
III Transaksi dilakukan secara bertahap mulai pada
tanggal 6 Mei 2024
IV. Jangka waktu Pinjaman adalah 5 ( lima ) tahun.
V. Suku Bunga Pinjaman adalah sebesar 10,5 % (
sepuluh koma lima persen ) efektif per annum yang wajib
dibayarkan oleh PT Sinar Mas Multifinance setiap akhir bulan
atau pada saat jatuh tempo.
VI. Bahwa dana pinjaman berasal dari Realisasi Dana
PUB Obligasi III Sinar Mas Multiartha Tahap I Tahun 2024.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Bahwa tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan penting terhadap Perseroan baik berupa dampak terhadap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional, dampak terhadap kondisi keuangan dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau proyeksi keuangan, dampak hukum maupun dampak terhadap
Perusahaan Publik kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or I. Whereas PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk, has provided a loan
Facts to its subsidiary, namely PT Sinar Mas Multifinance, domiciled
in Central Jakarta amounting to
Rp. 433,950,000,000,- (four hundred thirty-three billion nine
hundred and fifty million Rupiah).
II. The loan amount does not exceed 20% of the Company's
equity, so the loan is not material.
III Transactions will be carried out in stages starting on May 6,
2024
IV. The loan term is 5 (five) years.
V. The loan interest rate is 10.5% (ten point five percent)
effective per annum which must be paid by PT Sinar Mas
Multifinance at the end of each month or at maturity.
VI. That the loan funds come from the Realization of PUB
Bond III Sinar Mas Multiartha Phase I Funds in 2024.
