PEMBERITAHUAN PEMBATALAN RENCANA PENYELENGGARAAN
RAPAT UMUM PEMEGANG SAHAM LUAR BIASA (RUPSLB)
PT HOFFMEN CLEANINDO TBK
TAHUN 2024
Merujuk pada pengumuman tanggal 30 April 2024 yang telah disampaikan melalui situs
web Bursa Efek Indonesia, Direksi Perseroan dengan memberitahukan bahwa RUPSLB yang
semula direncanakan pada hari Jumat, 7 Juni 2024, dibatalkan.
Referring to the announcement on April 30th, 2024 which has submitted through the website of the
Indonesia Stock Exchange, the Company’s Directors notify that the EGMS which was originally
planned to be held on Friday, June 7th, 2024, has been cancelled.
Sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomot 15/POJK.04/2020
tentang Rencana dan Penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perusahaan
Terbuka, pemberitahuan pembatalan RUPSLB ini akan disampaikan melalui situs web
Bursa Efek Indonesia, situs web eASY.KSEI dan situ web Perseroan.
In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation ("POJK") No.
15/POJK.04/2020 regarding the Plan and Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of
Public Companies, notification of the cancellation of the EGMS will be published through Indonesia
Stock Exchange’s website, eASY KSEI website and Company website.
Demikian pembatalan RUPSLB Perseroan ini disampaikan, untuk diketahui oleh para
pemegang saham Perseroan.
Thus the cancellation of the Company EMGS is conveyed, to be known by the Company shareholders.
