ANNOUNCEMENT OF
ANNUAL GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING OF
PT. UNGGUL INDAH CAHAYA TBK ("Company")

It is hereby announced to the Company's Shareholders, that the Company will hold the
Annual General Shareholders Meeting ("Meeting") on Friday, June 14, 2024.

In 'accordance with the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation
No.15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Plans and Implementation of General Meeting of
Shareholders of Public Company (“POJK 15/2020”) and the provision of Article 21 paragraph
11 of the Company's Articles of Association, the Summon of the Meeting and its agenda shall
be published-on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, PT Indonesian Central Securities
Depository website and the Company website on May 7, 2024.

Those who are entitled to attend or represented in such Meeting shall be the Company's
Shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company's Shareholders List, on May 21,
2024 up to 4.00 pm.

Any Shareholder's proposal shall be incorporated into the Meeting Agenda, if meet the
reguirements of Article 21 paragraph 8 of the Company's Articles of Association and such
proposals shall be received by the Company's Directors no later than 7 (seven) days prior to
the date of the Convocation of the Meeting.

Concerning to the mentioned POJK 15/2020, the Company will implement the electronic
proxy mechanism through the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System (Easy.KSEI)
application provided by the Indonesian Central Securities Depository.
