2. Saham yang akan dialihkan merupakan saham hasil Buyback dari tanggal 11 Juni 2020 sampai dengan
tanggal 8 September 2020 dengan total sejumlah 16.940.500 saham.
The shares that will be transferred are the shares resulting from the Buyback from 11 June 2020 to 8
September 2020 with a total of 16,940,500 shares.

3. Menunjuk PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas sebagai Anggota Bursa yang akan melakukan penjualan saham
hasil Buyback tersebut dengan memperhatikan ketentuan persyaratan yang diatur dalam POJK No. 29/2023.
To appoint PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas as an Exchange Member that will conduct the sales of shares
resulting from the buyback by taking into account the reguirements stipulated in POJK No. 29/2023.

4. Menetapkan waktu pelaksanaan pengalihan saham paling cepat 5 (lima) hari kerja terhitung setelah
keterbukaan informasi ini sesuai ketentuan Pasal 35 ayat 1 POJK No. 29/2023, sampai dengan tanggal 8
September 2024.

To determine the time for the transfer of shares no sooner than 5 (five) working days after the disclosure of
this information in accordance with the provisions of Article 35 paragraph I POJK No. 29/2023, until 8
September 2024.

5. Menetapkan harga penjualan saham hasil Buyback sesuai dengan Pasal 23 ayat 2 huruf c POJK No.
29/2023, yaitu harga pengalihan saham tidak lebih rendah dari harga rata-rata pembelian kembali saham
Perseroan, serta:

- Tidak lebih rendah dari harga penutupan perdagangan harian di BEI satu hari sebelum tanggal
penjualan saham, atau

- Harga rata-rata dari harga penutupan perdagangan harian di BEI selama 90 (sembilan puluh) hari
terakhir sebelum tanggal penjualan saham oleh Perseroan dengan diskon paling banyak 7,594 (tujuh
koma lima persen),

mana yang lebih tinggi.

To determine the selling price of the Buyback shares in accordance with Article 23 paragraph 2 letter c

POJK No. 29/2023, which is, the share transfer price is not lower than the average share repurchase price

of the Company, as well:

- Not lower than the closing price of daily trading on the IDX one day before the share sale date, or

- The average price of daily trading closing prices on the IDX for the last 90 (ninety) days before the
date of sale of shares by the Company with a maximum discount of 7.546 (seven point five percent),

whichever is higher.

Demikian keterbukaan informasi ini disampaikan guna memenuhi Pasal 37 POJK No. 29/2023 yang
mewajibkan Perseroan untuk mengumumkan keterbukaan informasi kepada Masyarakat dan menyampaikan
bukti pengumuman dan dokumen pendukungnya kepada OJK paling lambat 5 hari kerja sebelum
dilaksanakannya penjualan saham hasil pembelian kembali.

Thus, this disclosure of information is conveyed in order to comply with Article 37 POJK No. 29/2023 which
reguires the Company to announce information disclosure to the public and submit proof of the announcement
and supporting documents to the OJK no later than 5 working days before the sale of shares resulting from the
buyback is carried out.

Dalam hal terdapat perbedaan penafsiran informasi yang diumumkan dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa
Indonesia, maka informasi yang digunakan sebagai acuan adalah informasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia.

In the event there is any difference between interpreting the information notified in the English language and
the Indonesian language, the Indonesian language will be used as a reference of information.
