                                     ANNOUNCEMENT
                                    TO SHAREHOLDERS

Hereby announced to the Shareholders of PT. Indospring Tbk ("the Company") that the
Company will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("Meeting") on Wednesday, 12
June 2023.

Shareholders who are entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting are Shareholders
whose names are registered in the Company's Register of Shareholders on Monday, 20 May
2024 at the closing of trading hours of the Stock Exchange.

Based on the provisions of article 12 paragraphs 4 and 6 of the Company's Articles of
Association and article 17 of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 15 / POJK.04 /
2020 concerning the Plan and Implementation of the Open General Shareholders' Meeting
("POJK No. 15"), Meeting Summons will be held on Tuesday, 21 May 2024 at website: PT.
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) provider, Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Company,
namely www.indospring.co.id.

In accordance with the provisions of article 11 paragraph 14 of the Company's Articles of
Association and POJK No. 15, Shareholders who own shares of at least 1/20 or more of the
total number of shares with valid voting rights to propose a meeting agenda and must be
submitted in writing to the Company's Directors no later than Monday, 13 May 2024.

The Company plans a meeting will be held physically and electronically through the KSEI
(eASY.KSEI) for voting.
