menerima surat pengunduran diri dari Bapak Budiono Tanbun
selaku Direktur Utama Perseroan pada tanggal 8 Mei 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pengunduran diri ini tidak berdampak material pada kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, usaha Perseroan. Untuk menindaklanjuti permohonan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pengunduran diri tersebut, Perseroan akan meminta
Perusahaan Publik persetujuan dari para pemegang saham pada Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) sebagaimana diatur
pada ketentuan dan peraturan emiten dan perusahaan publik
yang berlaku, serta Anggaran Dasar.

Facts resignation letter from Mr. Budiono Tanbun from his position as
President Director of the Company on 8 May 2026.
Impact of event, material information or This resignation does not have a material impact towards
facts towards Issuers or Public operational activities, legal, financial condition or business
Company’s operational activities, legal, continuity of the Company. To proceed with the resignation,
financial condition, or going concern the Company will obtain approval from the shareholders at the
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in
accordance with the applicable provisions and regulations for
issuers and public company, as well as the Articles of
Association.
