Desember 2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik, bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa
pada tanggal 2 Mei 2024 PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk
telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Edward Manurung
selaku Direktur Perseroan.
Permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut akan diputuskan
dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham tanggal 14 Juni 2024.
Adapun kegiatan usaha dan operasional Perseroan tetap
berjalan dengan normal.

dated 8 December 2014 regarding the Directors and The
Boards of Commissioners of the Company or Public
Company, hereby we convey that on May 2nd 2024 PT Black
Diamond Resources Tbk already received the resignation
letter from Edward Manurung as the Director of the Company.
The resignation request will be decided at General Meeting of
Shareholders on June 14th 2024. As for business activities
and operations of the Company will continue normally.
