Referring to OJK Regulation No. 45 of 2024 concerning the Development
and Strengthening of Issuers and Public Companies, hereby, we would like
to inform you of the change in the Head of the Internal Audit Unit, with
the following details:
Former Head of Internal Audit Unit:
Mr. Iwan Santoso
New Head of Internal Audit Unit:
Mr. Tri Tahomena Lingga Putra
The Company has changed the Head of the Internal Audit Unit as part of its
organizational refreshment efforts in order to implement Good Corporate
Governance.
There is no affiliation relationship between the Company and Mr. Tri
Tahomena Lingga Putra.
