Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan
untuk tahun buku 2023 yang rencananya akan
diselenggarakan oleh Perseroan pada akhir bulan Juni 2024,
Direksi Perseroan berencana untuk mengusulkan kepada Para
Pemegang Saham Perseroan atas dividen final Perseroan
untuk tahun buku 2023 sebesar Rp16 per saham (Dividen
Final).
Namun demikan, dengan ini Perseroan informasikan bahwa
kepastian mengenai jumlah dividen yang akan dibagikan ini
akan tetap tunduk dan mengacu pada persetujuan dari para
pemegang saham Perseroan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan Perseroan untuk tahun buku 2023 dimaksud.
Usulan Direksi Perseoan atas Dividen Final tersebut
didasarkan atas profitabilitas dan kinerja Perseroan yang baik
selama tahun 2023.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Usulan pembagian Dividen Final ini tidak memberikan dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan secara material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

The Proposed Final Dividend Distribution of The Company for
Type of Material Information or Facts Financial Year 2023
Description of Material Information or At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the
Facts Company for financial year 2023 which is planned to be held in
June 2024, Board of Directors of the Company is planning to
propose to the Company Shareholders a final dividend in the
amount of IDR16 per share (the Final Dividend).
However, the Company hereby inform that the certainty
regarding the dividend amount that will be distributed shall
remain subject and refer to the approval from the Company
Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
of the Company for the financial year 2023.
The Company Board of Directors proposal for the Final
Dividend is based on the Company profitability and great
performance during 2023.
