Head Off Pengalihan Saham Hasil Pembelian Kembali Saham PT Kalbe Farma Tbk Transfer of Shares Resulting from Shares Buyback of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk Dear Sirs, Referring to our letter dated on June 09, 2023 No. 037/CSEC-KF/VI-2023 regarding — the Extension of Time for the Transfer of Buyback Shares, in relation to that the Company plans to transfer the shares resulting from the buyback by selling through the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Based on Article 35 of the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 29 of 2023 concerning the Buyback of Shares Issued by Public Company, the Public Company is obliged to announce information disclosure to the public and submit supporting documents to the Financial Services Authority no later than 5 (five) working days before the start of the period selling shares resulting from the buyback. : Gedung KALBE, Jl. Perseroan menunjuk PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia untuk melakukan pengalihan saham: 2. Waktu pelaksanaan saham sejak tanggal 13-15 Mei 2024, 3. Jumlah saham yang akan dialihkan sebanyak 2.175.000 (dua juta seratus tujuh puluh lima ribu) lembar saham dengan memperhatikan peraturan terkait. Terima kasih atas perhatian dan kerjasamanya.
