Dasar penyusunan laporan keuangan konsolidasian The consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (“SAK”), which comprise the Statements and Interpretations issued by the Board of Financial Accounting Standards of the Indonesian Institute of Basis of preparation of consolidated financial statements
Accountants (Dewan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia or DSAK IAI) and the Regulations and Guidelines on Financial Statement Presentation and Disclosures issued by Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan” or “ OJK”). The
consolidated financial statements have been prepared on the accrual basis, except for the consolidated statement of cash flows, using the historical cost concept of accounting, except as disclosed in the relevant Notes to the consolidated financial statements herein. The
consolidated statement of cash flows, which have been prepared using the direct method, presents receipts and disbursements of cash and cash equivalents classified into operating, investing and financing activities. The accounting policies adopted by the Group are
consistently applied for the years covered by the consolidated financial statements, except for new and revised accounting standards as disclosed in the following Note 2b. Generally, the functional and presentation currency used by the Group is Indonesia Rupiah
(“Rupiah”, “Rp”). The Group has prepared the consolidated financial statements on the basis that it will continue to operate as a going concern.
Prinsip-prinsip konsolidasi The consolidated financial statements comprise the financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries. Control is achieved when the Group is exposed, or has rights, to variable returns from its involvement with the investee and has the ability to affect those returns Principles of consolidation
through its power over the investee. Thus, the investor controls an investee, if and only if, the investor has all of the following: i) Power over the investee, that is existing rights that give the investor current ability to direct the relevant activities of the investee; ii) Exposure, or
rights, to variable returns from its involvement with the investee; and iii) The ability to use its power over the investee to affect its returns. When the Group has less than a majority of the voting or similar rights of an investee, the Group considers all relevant facts and
circumstances in assessing whether it has power over an investee, including: i) The contractual arrangement with the other vote holders of the investee; ii) Rights arising from other contractual arrangements; and iii) The Group's voting rights and potential voting rights. The
Group re-assesses whether or not it controls an investee if facts and circumstances indicate that there are changes to one or more of the three elements of control. Consolidation of a subsidiary begins when the Group obtains control over the subsidiary and ceases when
the Group loses control of the subsidiary. Assets, liabilities, income and expenses of a subsidiary acquired during the year are included in the consolidated financial statements from the date the Group gains control until the date the Group ceases to control the subsidiary.
Profit or loss and each component of other comprehensive income (“OCI”) are attributed to the equity holders of the parent of the Group and to the non-controlling interests (“NCI”), even if this results in the NCI having a deficit balance. When necessary, adjustments are
made to the financial statements of subsidiaries to bring their accounting policies into line with the Group’s accounting policies. All intra-group assets and liabilities, equity, income, expenses and cash flows relating to transactions between members of the Group are
eliminated in full on consolidation. A change in the parent’s ownership interest in a subsidiary, without a loss of control, is accounted for as an equity transaction. If the Group loses control over a subsidiary, it derecognizes the related assets (including goodwill), liabilities,
NCI and other components of equity, while the difference is recognized in the profit or loss. Any investment retained is recognized at fair value.
Kas dan setara kas Cash and cash equivalents in the statements of consolidated financial position comprise cash on hand and in banks and short-term deposits with a maturity of three (3) months or less, that are readily convertible to a known amount of cash and subject to an insignificant risk Cash and cash equivalents

Aset tetap Group uses the cost model for the measurement of its fixed assets. Fixed assets, except land, after initial recognition, are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation and impairment losses. Depreciation of an asset is commenced when the asset is available for use in the Fixed assets

costs and other charges incurred in connection with the financing of the said asset constructions. The accumulated costs will be reclassified to the appropriate “Fixed Assets” account when the construction is completed. Assets under construction are not depreciated until
they fulfill criteria for recognition as fixed assets as disclosed above. Repairs and maintenance expenses are taken to the profit or loss when they are incurred. The cost of major renovation and restoration is included in the carrying amount of the related asset when it is
probable that future economic benefits in excess of the originally assessed standard of performance of the existing asset will flow to the Group and is depreciated over the remaining useful life of the related asset. Land, including legal cost of land rights in the form of Right
to Build (“Hak Guna Bangunan” or “HGB”) when the land rights were acquired initially, is stated at cost and not amortized as the management is of the opinion that it is probable the titles of land rights can be renewed/extended upon expiration. The extension or the legal
renewal costs of land rights in the form of HGU, HGB and HP are deferred and amortized over the shorter between the land rights' legal life and the economic life of the land, and presented as part of “Other Non-current Assets” account in the consolidated statement of
financial position. The Group evaluates its fixed assets for impairment whenever events and circumstances indicate that the carrying amount of the assets may not be recoverable. When the carrying amount of an asset exceeds its estimated recoverable amount, the asset
is written down to its estimated recoverable amount, which is determined based upon higher of fair value less cost to sell and value in use. When assets are retired or otherwise disposed of, their costs and the related accumulated depreciation are removed from the
accounts and any resulting gain or loss is reflected in the current consolidated statements of profit and loss and other comprehensive income. The estimated useful lives, residual values and depreciation method are reviewed at each year end, with the effect of any changes
in estimated accounted for on a prospective basis.

and its value in use, and is determined for an individual asset, unless the asset does not generate cash inflows that are largely independent of those from other assets or groups of assets. Where the carrying amount of an asset or CGU exceeds its recoverable amount, the
asset is considered impaired and is written down to its recoverable amount. The Group bases its impairment calculation on detailed budgets and forecast calculations which are prepared separately for each of the Group’s CGUs to which the individual assets are allocated.
These budgets and forecast calculations are generally covering a period of five or ten years in accordance with the stability of each estate’s cash flows. Beyond the forecasted period, the estimated cash flows are determined by extrapolating the forecasted cash flows using
a steady long term growth rate. In assessing the value in use, the estimated net future cash flows are discounted to their present value using a pre-tax discount rate that reflects current market assessments of the time value of money and the risks specific to the asset. In
determining fair value less costs to sell, recent market transactions are taken into account, if available. If no such transactions can be identified, an appropriate valuation model is used to determine the fair value of the assets. These calculations are corroborated by
valuation multiples or other available fair value indicators. Impairment losses of continuing operations, if any, are recognized in the profit or loss in those expense categories consistent with the functions of the impaired asset. For assets excluding goodwill, an assessment is
made at each reporting date as to whether there is any indication that previously recognized impairment losses may no longer exist or may have decreased. If such indication exists, the asset’s or CGU’s recoverable amount is estimated. A previously recognized impairment
loss for an asset other than goodwill is reversed only if there has been a change in the assumptions used to determine the asset’s recoverable amount since the last impairment loss was recognized. If that is the case, the carrying amount of the asset is increased to its
recoverable amount. The reversal is limited so that the carrying amount of the assets does not exceed its recoverable amount, nor exceed the carrying amount that would have been determined, net of depreciation, had no impairment loss been recognized for the asset in
prior periods/years. Reversal of an impairment loss is recognized in the profit or loss. After such a reversal, the depreciation charge on the said asset is adjusted in future periods to allocate the asset’s revised carrying amount, less any residual value, on a systematic basis
over its remaining useful life. Goodwill is tested for impairment annually (as at March 31) and when circumstances indicate that the carrying value may be impaired. Impairment is determined for goodwill by assessing the recoverable amount of each CGU (or group of
CGUs) to which the goodwill relates. Where the recoverable amount of the CGU is less than their carrying amount, an impairment loss is recognized. Impairment losses relating to goodwill cannot be reversed in future years. Management believes that there is no indication
of impairment in values of other non-current non-financial assets presented in the consolidated statement of financial position as of March 31, 2024.

patterns. The management established estimation method that ensure inclusion of these variable consideration only to the extent that it is highly probable that a significant reversal in the amount of cumulative revenue recognized will not occur when the uncertainty
associated with the variable consideration is subsequently resolved. Meanwhile, the recognition is made when supporting documents have been received from customers or when it is probable price adjustments will be given. Trade receivables represent the Group’s right to
an amount of consideration that is unconditional (i.e., only the passage of time is required before payment of the consideration is due). Refer to accounting policies of financial assets in Financial instruments section regarding initial recognition and subsequent
measurement. If a customer pays consideration before the Group transfers goods or services to the customer, a contract liability is recognized when the payment is made or the payment is due (whichever is earlier). Contract liabilities are recognized as revenue when the
Group performs under the contract.

recovered from or paid to the tax authorities. Tax rates and tax laws used to compute the amount are those that have been enacted or substantively enacted at the reporting date. Taxable income is different from profit as reported in the profit or loss because it excludes
items of income or expense that are taxable or deductible in other years and it further excludes items that are never taxable or deductible. Amendments to taxation obligations are recorded when an assessment is received and if appealed, when the result of the appeal is
determined. The underpayment/overpayment of income tax are recorded as part of "Current Tax" in the consolidated statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income. Adjustments to tax obligations are recognized when an assessment letter is received or, if an
objection submitted, when the result of the decision objection determined, or if appealed, when the result of the decision on appeal from tax court is determined. Current tax is recognized based on taxable income for the year which income determined in accordance with

IFRS Standards, including the effective date. Entities that meet the requirements can apply this standard, from the effective date. • Financial Accounting Standards Nomenclature This standard regulates the new numbering for financial accounting standards applicable in
Indonesia issued by DSAK IAI. • Amendment of PSAK 1: Non-current Liabilities with Covenants This amendment clarifies that only covenants with which entities must comply on or before the reporting date will affect a liability’s classification as current or non-current. The
Group has not assessed the impact of the amendment to determine the impact they will have on the Group’s accounting policy disclosures. • Amendment to PSAK 73: Lease Liability in a Sale and Leaseback The amendment to PSAK 73 Leases specifies the requirements
