Daan Mogot Raya No. 234 Jakarta 11510 Through this letter, I, WARIT JINTANAWAN, in my capacity as a Director of PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk, hereby submit my resignation effective June 25, 2026. This decision is due to my new assignment within a business unit of Siam Cement Group. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity and trust that have been given to me during my tenure as a Director of PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tok. I hope that the Company will continue to grow and further strengthen its position as a leading national company in distribution & logistics and retail, both in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia.
