penyertaan modal/ investasi pada PT Asuransi Jiwa Generali
Indonesia Syariah yaitu sebesar Rp. 2.825.000,- ( dua juta
delapan ratus dua puluh lima ribu ) atau sebanyak 1 ( satu )
lembar saham atau sebesar 0,01 % ( nol koma nol satu
persen ) .
Jumlah transaksi penyertaan modal/ investasi tersebut tidak
melebihi 20 % dari ekuitas Perusahaan , sehingga transaksi
tersebut tidak bersifat material.
Transaksi tersebut dilaksanakan pada hari Jumat, tanggal
28 Agustus 2026.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan

shares.
The amount of said capital contribution/investment transaction
