total kewajiban dibandingkan Laporan
Keuangan Perseroan dan Entitas Anaknya
tahun 2024.

Obligation to Submit The Information
(Provisions IILI.1.4) if based on the Audited
Financial Statements there was a change of
more than 2046 in Total Assets and Total
Liabilities compared to the previous Annual
Audited Financial Statements, together with
the submission of the Audited Financial
Statements referred to, the Company is
reguired to submit a written explanation of
the causes of changes more than 2046 in
Total Assets and Total Liabilities.
In accordance with PT Humpuss Intermoda
Transportasi Tbk. ("The Company") and its
Subsidiaries Annual Consolidated Financial
Statements as of March 31, 2024, we can say
that there was no change more than 2046 in
the total assets and total liabilities.
