Revolving maksimum sebesar Rp9.000.000.000 dari PT Bank
Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk berdasarkan Perjanjian Kredit
Nomor 021/JPM/PK-KMK/2026 yang ditandatangani pada
tanggal 07 Mei 2026.
Fasilitas kredit tersebut digunakan untuk tambahan modal
kerja kegiatan usaha penyediaan dan penyewaan kapal
penunjang industri oil and gas. Transaksi ini dilakukan untuk
mendukung kebutuhan modal kerja operasional Perseroan,
memperkuat struktur pendanaan, meningkatkan fleksibilitas
pengelolaan arus kas, serta mendukung kelangsungan
kegiatan operasional Perseroan.
Transaksi ini meningkatkan liabilitas Perseroan sehubungan
dengan diperolehnya fasilitas kredit, namun memberikan
tambahan likuiditas untuk mendukung kegiatan usaha
Perseroan.
Informasi lebih lengkap terkait transaksi ini tercantum dalam
lampiran Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap kondisi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan keuangan dan operasional Perseroan melalui tersedianya
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, tambahan modal kerja yang mendukung kelangsungan usaha
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan.

Information or Material Fact for the Obtaining of Banking Loan
Type of Material Information or Facts Facility
Description of Material Information or The Company obtained a Revolving Working Capital Credit
Facts Facility (KMK) with a maximum amount of Rp9,000,000,000
from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk pursuant to
Credit Agreement No. 021/JPM/PK-KMK/2026 dated May 07,
2026.
The credit facility is intended to support additional working
capital for the Company offshore support vessel provision and
chartering business in the oil and gas industry. The transaction
was undertaken to support the Company operational working
capital requirements, strengthen its financing structure,
enhance flexibility in cash flow management, and support the
continuity of the Company operational activities.
The transaction increases the Company liabilities in connection
with the credit facility obtained; however, it provides additional
liquidity to support the Company business activities.
Further details regarding this transaction are set out in the
Company Information Disclosure attachment.

facts towards Issuers or Public financial and operational conditions through the availability
