Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk pada Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia
Nomor Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 yang diatur dalam Peraturan
Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, maka
dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa:
1. Perseroan akan mengalami keterlambatan
penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Interim PT
Darma Henwa Tbk yang Berakhir pada tanggal 31 Maret 2024
karena adanya gangguan pada sistem Teknologi Informasi (TI)
yang menyebabkan terhambatnya proses pengumpulan dan
pengolahan data. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut, maka
Perseroan belum dapat menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan
dimaksud sesuai dengan ketentuan selambat-lambatnya pada
tanggal 30 April 2024.
2. Kami akan menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan
Interim Perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Maret 2024
segera setelah gangguan TI tersebut teratasi.

Regulation Number I-E regarding the Obligation of Information
Submission, we hereby convey that:
1. The Company will have a delay in submitting the Interim
Consolidated Financial Statements of PT Darma Henwa Tbk
which ended on March 31, 2024, due to disruptions in the
Information Technology (IT) system, causing hindrance in the
data collection and data processing. Thus, the Company is
unable to submit the Financial Statements in accordance with
the stipulated deadline by the latest at April 30, 2024.
2. We will submit the Company's Interim Financial Statements
ending on March 31, 2024, as the IT disruptions are resolved.
