Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Indosat Tbk (“ISAT”) pada tanggal 07 Mei 2026 tentang Aksi
Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
ISAT pada tanggal 05 Mei 2026, ISAT menyampaikan rencana pembagian Dividen Tunai untuk periode

Referring to disclosure of information of PT Indosat Tbk (“ISAT”) dated 07 May 2026, related to
Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
of ISAT dated 05 May 2026, has resolved, ISAT had a plan for the distribution of dividends for the fiscal
year 2022, which will be paid as follows:

is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
D : the dividend entitlement per 1 (one) underlying share held.

Kindly be noted that the adjustment might not be made if based on Issuer’s sole discretion and without
limitation, and without any obligation to Structured Warrant Holders, the Issuer deems no adjustment is
appropriate.
