     Elnusa and Pertagas are Ready to Work on the Kandis Riau
             Energy Infrastructure Collaboration Project
Jakarta, 29 April 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA IDX: ELSA) a leading energy services company which is part of the Pertamina
Upstream Subholding together with PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas) has held a Kick off Meeting for the Design, Procurement and
Construction Services Project for Kotabatak Junction Supporting Facilities SLC Booster Station in Kab. Siak, Riau.

This project is a strategic collaboration between Pertagas and Elnusa, which aims to improve energy infrastructure in the Kandis
area, Kab. Siak, Riau. The supporting facilities that will be built will play a crucial role in strengthening operational reliability and
increasing the oil distribution capacity of the Rokan Working Area in the area. The contract period for this project is 29 months
with a construction period of 14 months.

On this occasion, stakeholders from both companies united their vision and strategy to ensure the success of this project, as well
as ensuring compliance with high safety and environmental standards. The Kotabatak Junction SLC Booster Station Design,
Procurement and Construction Supporting Facilities Services project is targeted to be completed sooner in February 2025.

Pertagas President Director Gamal Iman Santoso, stated "This project will not only increase the operational reliability of energy
infrastructure in the Kandis area, but will also have a positive impact on economic growth and welfare of the local community,"
said Gamal.

Meanwhile, Elnusa Operations Director Endro Hartato added, "We are confident that the synergy between Pertagas and Elnusa
