Corporate Governance (GCG) sebelumnya telah berakhir
pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2026;
2. Bahwa Perseroan telah mengubah susunan anggota
Komite GCG, sehingga susunan Komite GCG menjadi sebagai
berikut:
Ketua: Bapak Lukas Rusli
Anggota: Bapak Eko Hajar Prakoeswo
Anggota: Ibu Beelinda Yapri
3. Bahwa susunan anggota Komite GCG berlaku sejak
tanggal 17 Agustus 2026 sampai dengan tanggal 16 Agustus
2029, kecuali diberhentikan lebih awal oleh Dewan Komisaris
Perseroan.

of the members of the GCG Committee, therefore the
