Dengan ini kami menyampaikan salinan Laporan Keuangan Perseroan dan Entitas Anaknya (sebagaimana terlampir dalam surat ini). Surat ini dibuat untuk penyampaian Laporan Keuangan dengan menggunakan form E019 dan form XBRL yang mana sesuai dengan surat elektronik PT Bursa Efek Indonesia perihal Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan berbasis XBRL tanggal 26 April 2023 (“Surel BEI”), kami telah diminta untuk menggunakan form E019 dalam penyampaian Laporan Keuangan karena adanya kendala penyampaian laporan keuangan yang berbasis XBRL, dan berdasarkan Surel BEI, dalam hal XBRL beroperasi secara normal, maka kami perlu menyampaikan laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan form XBRL paling lambat H#2 setelah pemberitahuan kembali dari PT Bursa Efek Indonesia mengenai hal tersebut.
